In addition to formalized safety training courses, Bravo Golf Aviation offers a 1- day ON-SITE safety "stand-down" to aviation and maintenance organizations. This program is individualized to incorporate the latest industry safety concerns, and contains such subjects as basic human factors review, distractions in the workplace, the affects of losing situation awareness, communications and briefings between flight and maintenance personnel, why we failure to follow procedures, the normalization of deviance in our routine operations, and the effects of fatigue in the workplace.
Human Factors and Risk Management Training Bravo Golf Aviation reduces the cost of training by offering all its courses at the customer’s location. Bravo Golf Aviation offers a 2-day “Practical Aviation Risk Management” course and a 1-day “Human Factors Refresher and Update” course. Both courses are FAA accepted for 8 hours of IA refresher training, and both courses are approved for NBAA Professional Development Program (PDP) credit.
These courses provide both the flight and maintenance personnel with knowledge of human factors, risk management, and the challenges of the interdepartmental interaction between pilots and technicians.
